How It's Made

Ever wonder what goes into making a custom woodworking piece? We love working closely with clients to bring their vision to life, and here’s how the process works:

  • Chat & Plan: We start by listening to your ideas and learning about what you’re looking for.

  • Design & Pick Materials: Together, we’ll come up with a design and choose the right wood and finishes.

  • Prep the Wood: We carefully mill and prep the wood to get it ready for building.

  • Build & Assemble: This is where the magic happens—cutting, shaping, and assembly.

  • Sanding (Lots of It!): We smooth everything out—sometimes it takes quite a bit of sanding to get it just right!

  • Finishing Touches: We apply the finish to protect and highlight the beauty of the wood.  We want the wood you carefully selected to show all of it's character.
